Well my last entery was some time ago, not been upto much exsept doing some pencil drawings, been taking my time with them but still rushing in terms of pencil artiest. I simpily dont have the pachents for that style of art, but it always good to try and exspend ones skills. This round of drawings have been quite sucsesfull for me, I still hope to do my own photograthy for my comic book style I want to work on, It's something a kin to Dave Mckeans stuff but with my own take on the idea....that a side the lack of creativity is probably due to a lack of sex...but thats just me.

Photography!!!

Been looking over some great photography the last day or so, some really talented people out there, added them to my favourites...so you know who I'm talking about if you’re reading :)

Anyway...you've all inspired me to pick up my camera gain...it's been so long I'd almost totally forgotten I had my SLR camera...the only thing it I don’t have access to a dark room which leaves me having to do all my manipulation on the computer which will make for an interesting change...a shame there’s something gratifying about seeing your work slowly form on the paper, that and I find a strange sense of oneness and peace when working in a dark room, is that odd???

My only problem is going to be finding models and places to use for my next run of work... I guess I should try and work out what my next project is going to be about...but to be honest it's more me still playing around with techniques and ideas... anyway if anyone has any advice on that front shoot it my way. I'm sure I'll muddle on by somehow lol...

Oh and can anyone reading this who knows about computer art tell me which is the better program to use Paint Shop Pro, or Photo Shop? I'm using a PC if that makes any difference.

Stories, Tails, and Pictures.

Hi is there anyone out there that knows anyone who would like to have one of there short stories made into a graphic novel (comic). Me and a friend of mine are looking to produce a graphic novel...but lack the wrighting skill to create a decent short story.

It should be an interesting venture, if and when it gets going. So if you write or know someone that does please point them in my direction.

Pens, Pencils, and Sex!

Mon Feb 13, 2006, 7:32 AM
Well after my relatively recent discussions I've had with pencil artiest particularly the photo-real artiest, I figured I should maybe put my money where my mouth was and use pencil myself as I must confess I am no big fan of pencil...and if I say to them the should try Ink I should really pick up a pencil again and give it ago...

But rather than going back to just pencil, which would just be revisiting my old Art school days, I figured I'd combine the harsh lines of my Ink with the smooth tones of pencil. So fare I've produced a few pieces and I'm liking the look, definitely worth exploring more...I think I need to get the balance right from lines to tone...and where one is best used over the other, as yet I don’t think I've quite worked that out but with trial and error I'm sure I'll get it.

Oh as for sex goes I got laid this weekend! and the creativity is flowing once again...very odd that...or not so odd lol. Hay anyone else out there find that??

No work and no Play

Humm I've been very uncreative these last days, and it's not as if I've been out and about enjoying the wonderful feb weather lol. England such a great place but such crap weather!

Well...that’s to totally true I did design a sword for live action role play (that’s a bit like battle re-enactment for you people who might not know look it up if your interested very fun hobby) I like the idea but it need some...flare to really bring it put atm it just seem a bit...well shit.

I was offered to move in with someone yesterday as well which was odd because she strikes me a very privet woman...but she could have just been joking, then again we did talk about moving to Bristol or someplace together as we both want to get out of the shit-hole we are living in and move to a interesting place...so maybe not so odd.

Anyway guess I should stop wasting time on this and get my creativity flowing
